Refund Policy

1. Credit packs
Credit packs are refundable within 14 days of purchase ONLY if the entire pack is unused. Once any credit from the pack has been consumed, the pack is non-refundable.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods. Duplicate charges and clearly erroneous charges are refunded in full.
3. Lifetime membership
Lifetime membership is refundable within 14 days of purchase ONLY if fewer than 25 credits (equivalent to 5 AI interactions) have been consumed since purchase.
4. EU / UK consumers
By purchasing digital credits and requesting their immediate delivery, you consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your statutory right of withdrawal is waived once credits are consumed, in line with applicable digital-content rules. The unused-pack window in Section 1 above still applies.
5. Service failure
If an AI reading fails, credits are automatically refunded by the system (this already happens server-side). No manual claim is needed.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@ekidan.ai with the account email and the transaction reference. Refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
